• I have food allergies, are the boxes suitable for me?

  Vinny is 100% Plant-Based, vegan friendly and doesn’t contain any products that use animal or dairy products.  Many of the products in our boxes contain nuts or seeds, or are produced in an environment where contamination from these allergens is possible.

• How does Vinny choose what is in each box?

  The Vinny Team are constantly on the hunt for new and exciting snacks and drinks. We’ll curate an exciting, diverse selection of great-tasting, nutritious products that we know you’ll love. We’ll only partner with great brands we know and trust.

  We always look to support independent, nutritious and healthier brands that share Vinny’s Values. Always Vinny Verified, 100% Plant-Based, 0% Boring.

• What is in a Vinny Snack Box?

  Every Vinny Snack box contains 8-12 products. We’re a compact, committed team bringing products to a demographic who want pleasure and peace of mind when they tuck into a treat between busy schedules. It’s not just what we’re delivering but how we do it. Vinny aims to include something for everyone and all lifestyles.

• Can I buy a Vinny Snack Box as a gift?

  Yes! You can easily send any of our snack boxes; we can include a gift message in the box and will ship widely across the UK. Please tick gift when adding to cart.

• Am I eligible for a refund?

  If you are not happy with your snack box, drop Vinny a message at [email protected]. You can return it to us for a full refund, if the products arrived damaged during transit. If you have already tucked in we cannot offer a refund.

Delivery / Postage

• Does the box fit through the letterbox?

  Unfortunately not, as Vinny tends to overindulge.

• What happens if I am not in when it arrives?

  If you are not in when Vinny arrives and have not specified a safe place then the our third party courier will leave a card with the relevant collection information.

• Do you only ship to the UK?

  Currently we only ship in the UK, but we aim to change this soon.

• What do I do with the packaging of the box?

  Vinny is pretty proud of his box, so why not re-use, or please recycle?
