Can we customise our gift boxes?
Absolutely! We're committed to collaborating with you to craft something exceptional that your team will cherish. With access to a vast array of unique products, we guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your curated selection exceeds your expectations every time.
Adhoc & Regular Gifting
We work with a number of clients who love to gift for their staff for birthdays, work anniversaries and more. We can provide private checkout pages with your bespoke gift box (monthly MOQs apply) so you can order as and when you need.
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs) for your gift boxes?
Regardless of the size of your team, our goal is to ensure they feel valued.
Can we add our branding to the gift box?
Yes! We offer the option to personalise your gift further with branded gift notes, stickers to infuse your unique touch into each box.
We have a smaller budget, will we still be able to send a gift box to our employees?
We are flexible with budgets and will always work with you and your budget to create a special experience for your team.
Are your boxes vegan friendly?
Every product at Vinny is guaranteed to be 100% plant based and cruelty free. Sustainability and impact are at the heart of what we do.
Can we send gift boxes to our teams abroad?
We're currently unable to send our gift boxes internationally, this is something we are working on and hope to do in the future.
What are your delivery timelines?
Orders usually take of 2 weeks after we have recieved a confirmation of your order via a signed statement of work. This can take longer with larger and more bespoke orders.
Payment Terms & Invoicing
Our payment terms are 7-10 days or within your next payment run. We can send a PDF invoice over for bank transfer payments or a private checkout link for card payments.
