FAQs

Is there a minimum number of people I need in my office to get a Vinny Machine?

We usually expect a minimum of 50 people in an office to be considered as a suitable site for a Vinny machine. We will also need to ask you about other key factors, such as % of hybrid working, expected in person headcount per week, and working patterns to ensure it would be a good fit. 

Can I choose my own products?

At Vinny, we have over 500 products in our catalogue of small, sustainable, and delicious brands. Typically, we will create a proposed planogram based on your team’s needs; if there are any products that you would like to add in, we will be happy to work with you to create a bespoke collection of products that fit your unique vision. 

What happens if I exercise the 3-month break clause?

3 months post-install, there is an opportunity for either party to exercise a break clause to cancel our agreement. The only thing we request is that the terminating party pays the full moving out fee of £500 (when moving in, Vinny and your company splits the cost 50/50).
